"Wonderful experience"
My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Steam Master Cleaning. Juan, one of the Certified Service Technicians, was great! He arrived in a timely manner and called us when he was about 30 minutes away. He was extremely knowledgable about carpet cleaning and very professional. Our carpets look brand new! We have two dogs and the smell in our house now has no pet odor! He was able to get set in stains out, too. Our carpets look brand new. Their prices are also reasonable as well, and they have special deals going on throughout the year. I highly recommend Steam Master Cleaning and Juan! You won’t be disappointed.

"Excellent service performed"
Excellent service performed by a great crew (Bryan and Ed). I called to inquire about their upholstery cleaning service (having been referred by Pure Green home cleaning service, which was also great) and was told that they had a special going on and that a crew was available the next day (called in Friday afternoon and got a Saturday afternoon appointment). Got a call earlier than my scheduled window and the crew arrived 30 minutes afterwards, which freed up my afternoon. Bryan was the lead tech and he walked me through the process as well as additional options after taking a look at the sofas. My 7ft sofa and chaise lounge, which had been in storage for 3 1/2 years, built up lots of dust and dirt and there were several stains on the sofa. I opted for the additional sanitizer and scotch guard treatments since they were in storage for so long and I want them to last for as long as possible. The service exceeded my expectations. The effort (“elbow grease”) they put into the cleaning was readily apparent. Not only did they get rid of the stains I noticed but also significantly reduced some dark stains that I missed. They look practically new. I am extremely pleased with their prompt, courteous, efficient, and effective service. I will definitely use this service again for any future cleaning needs.

My work with Steam Master Cleaning has been one of the best customer service experiences that I have had with any company. From the start everyone that I have spoken with has been very polite and professional. I filled out the order form online and received a call within 20 minutes to set up and finalize the details of my appointment.
Bryan and Ed came out to service my floors last week. I received outstanding service from them from start to finish and was very pleased with the results of their work. They walked through the house with me and we discussed what I was looking for and they provided me with a written estimate for their work. There were no “surprise” fees at the end.
They completed their work very quickly and efficiently. Everything was clean and the the entire house smelled fresh and new. I appreciate their work and their honesty and I will call on Steam Master Cleaning again next time I need the floors cleaned.
